From I-495, merge onto I-270 Spur N via Exit 38 toward Rockville/Frederick. I-270 Spur becomes I-270 N. for approx. 30 miles. I-270 N. becomes US-40 W. for approx. 1 mile. US-40 W. becomes US-15 N. for approx. 67 miles. Merge onto PA-581 E/Harrisburg Expy toward I-83/Harrisburg/Hershey. PA-581 becomes I-83 N.
